My last 5 meals have been from the RS women. They've been awesome and it's been so nice not having to think about meals. We have meals aranged until Wednesday then my mom gets here in the nick of time on Thursday so I don't have to prepare anything for a while. ARG, meals are such a pain. I'll email you some good ones.

Oh, and another thing I've tried...Allrecipes.com. I love it. It has reviews, too, so you can kindof get an idea of what the good ones are. Like if I find one with 30+ reviews and it still has like 4+ stars, that's probably a good one.

Sorry, one more comment...Plus, on Allrecipes, you can register and then save things to your "recipe box", then you can refer to them later. That's my pitch.

Wednesday: Neverending soup and salad at the Olive Garden
Tuesday: Free taco at Taco Bell (supplemented by Progresso clam chowder)
Monday: Porcupine Meatballs, potato casserole, pickled beets (Wes is saying, "Yummmm!")
Sunday: Chicken Fajitas
Saturday: Spaghetti with meatballs
Friday: Pumpkin Soup with corn bread (Lee is saying "Yummm!" NOT!)
Oops! That was six!
Love,
Mom O.

Kate - How did the pasta turn out? I have some recipes I will bring at Thanksgiving. Taco salad is usually a hit - or soft tacos - enchilada casserole - chip beef on toast (yeah Wes - SWILL!)

Some really easy meals that I make are: Italian Chicken, Ranch Chicken, Stuffed Shells, BLTs, Fajhitas, taco soup, etc. Let me know if you would like any of the recipes.
